The BattlEye licence brings FiveM, Grand Theft Auto V and the rest of Saturn’s BattlEye catalogue together under one loader.
Which Anti-Cheat Covers FiveM?
FiveM does not run BattlEye. It is a modification framework for Grand Theft Auto V with its own enforcement, and bans are issued both globally by the FiveM project and locally by the servers you join. Global bans come from Cfx.re’s own automated detection and apply to the Cfx.re account, while a server can also store hardware ID tokens with its own ban. Saturn covers FiveM inside the BattlEye product because the two are sold together, not because FiveM uses BattlEye.
